This year in this space, I would like to examine all the rooms of your home.
And what better place to start then the bedroom. For me this is the most important room whether you sleep alone or share it with someone. It is your sanctuary for at least 8 hours a day. It is where you calm down from the chaos of everyday living and you recharge your energy for the day ahead.
I share my bedroom with my husband Tim and my dog Sophie. It has been a spot where we have learned wonderful news such as the marriage of our son or we have laid awake discussing the troubles of our day. It was vital that the style of our room was unique to our tastes, comforting to our souls as well as our bodies. That is why the centerpiece of our bedroom is a Natura mattress. For us the comfort and natural fabrics of Natura products were an essential element.
